Money taken, but no goods. Check your accounts!
Day 35 of trying to get my money back from Mannatech! My wife is an associate and Mannatech has, belatedly, agreed to refund the final £56.25 of three orders that were never delivered... this totalled over £230 held by Mannatech in accounts for over a year. Mannatech has benefitted from holding my money and been in clear breach of contract under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 (payments made for goods never received). As of today, the final £56.25 has not been refunded... despite Mannatech claiming they paid it back last week! Then they wanted to check a bank account that they had refunded £177 to just two weeks ago... either delaying tactics or just complete incompetence.
In all three instances Mannatech simply took money and never provided any goods. All of these instances were Mannatech's errors, not ours. Yet when the company's customer services department contacts you they make out they're doing you the biggest favour ever when, in fact, they have effectively stolen money and kept it in their accounts.
A message to any Mannatech associate... a simple check of my wife's activity being an associate (for just over 2 years) highlighted over £230 of funds taken out of our bank account with no goods ever received. I urge all Mannatech associates to check the full history of your dealings with this company as it might highlight similar discrepancies in your accounts. Indeed, I know of another associate who is owed a hell of a lot more (around £2K). Check all your orders and bank statements to make sure you haven't been charged for goods you never had...
