I have been ingratiated into the ALR family for about a year now. I've purchased 3 sets of boot from them. These boots are of the highest quality! I am complimented on my boots every time I wear them! I frequently receive emails from ALR and love to see what's new. I noticed that the pair of boots I bought was now being paired with a leg bag as a promotion! I emailed ALR and asked them seeing that I purchased the same boots, would it be possible to get a free leg bag also. A customer service specialist emailed me to see what he could do. After a few days I received an email back from Marvin! He went way above my expectations! He actually conferred with his management team and he made it happen! I expected, like most companies would say "sorry but this promotion is for new buyers only!" But, at ALR you are treated as family so that phrase was not uttered! I got an affirmative "YES!" I am handy capped due to a near fatal motorcycle accident. I sustained extreme damage to my arms and hands that prevents me from being able to carry anything in my pockets. My hands are weak and deformed so, retrieving anything out of my pockets is near impossible for me! This leg bag has made my everyday life more pleasurable! I am able to carry stuff like my license, bank card, phone etc. just like everyone else does! Small thing to most people but was huge to me! I was some what normal again! Just like everyone else! If you are fortunate enough to receive correspondence from ALR, give them your business! You'll be so happy you did! I am waiting on a cool bracelet that I'm sure is going to be amazing! I just can't say enough about ALR! I've never done business with a company like them before! I will go no where else for my motorcycle needs!
