I purchased a Premium Leather Jacket from this Company. Led to believe that it was an American business, boy, was I wrong! For one, there was NOTHING "premium" about the jacket. It was as thin as a flannel shirt. Not for a real motorcycle enthusiast. Came from China, and the size chart was totally wrong. Tried to call the 24/7 customer service phone number, ALWAYS went to voicemail. Finally, in frustration I left a message. No one EVER called me back. Left a negative review with their email account and wanted a refund. A "Marvin" got back with me, told me he was sorry for my experience and gave me an address to send jacket back to, (with the wrong zip code... hmmm). Sent it back to the address with the correct zip code that USPS said was correct. That was over a month ago! I reached out to "Marvin" several times since. Crickets! NO RESPONSE! Now I don't even have the jacket and am out $169.00 plus the $11.00 return fee. This is a sham of a Company! Also, as an aside... I have done some research on this review page, for every negative review they get a lot of positive ones pop up to bury the real/truthful ones. Again, I repeat, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!
