Never got the package, they don´t refund and dont answer my mails anymore
I ordered from Germany and on its way it lost it´s invoice, so german customs couldnt forward it to me.
Because customs didnt sent me the right letter, I couldnt get my package and it went automaticly back to USA.
Now its there for over a month now, I never had it and Allurez isn´t doing anything. They always say they cannot do anything, because they do not have the package.
So, now i´m waiting for 2 months in total, nothing has happened, nobody answers my mails anymore. They just don´t care, it´s not their problem, because they have the money.
Even if I never got the package, ( it only went from customs to customs ) they seem to think,I could have done anything, I dont know what.
I dont know whats the problem, if a customer can prove he never got the package, how can it be the customers problem to get his money back in a normal time.
Mistakes can happen, but its not ok to play deaf and just keep the Monty for months, thats just the worst customer Service. Now the are trying to delete this Review for the third time and tried to offer me money to delete but it's true and it will stay.
It's just poor if they cant accept one Bad and true review and try everyone little trick to delete. But no surprise.
So, no ring, no money, no help.

Edit : In the end I got my money back eventually.
Interesting is their comment below, that they don't have any record of me as a customer and that my Information is false.
I'd be glad to provide prove at any time. What a Joke :)
