This company sent me a altered ring missing the center prongs Which made the diamond lose. With out the promised appraisal, and ordered inscription. They hung up on me ignored me and a bbb complaint, for their month return period, and then won't take it back because it's been over a month. I have had to deal with them on a daily basis for months, I've even had to hire a lawyer. They even told me they would send my ring back when I removed my reviews and now someone got into all my review accounts and either removed or changed them. BEWARE this is a deceptive company that is not customer friendly. I wish with all my heart I bought my ring somewhere else...if you buy from them I wish you luck because you are going to need it. Trust pilot deemed my review as fine. I find it funny how I can't say anything negative about Allurez but trustpilot allows Allurez to reply with negative comments about me that are false and defamatory. Allurez should spend their time providing a quality product and not worry about reviews. PLEASE IF YOU ARE READING THIS I'M WARNING YOU DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM ALLUREZ, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!! If you do make the mistake of ordering from them and your jewelry is not right my advice is to keep on them. They will try to wear you down, but contact the bbb, NY attorney general, post master general, and make all the reviews you can. They will argue, lie, and try to have your reviews removed. Stay strong and don't give in, that's the only way they will be held accountable for their actions.
