Poor quality jewellry
The 2 rings I bought from Allurez were very poor quality. 2 stones fell out only a month after receiving them. I had the rings assessed by a local jeweller who found a long list of faults with the rings, including that the gemstones weren't even as advertised (these rings were a gift with my children's birthstones). I requested a refund from Allurez, they offered free repair of the broken ring. But this would've involved me paying for shipping both ways - not free at all and I live in England. When I sent through a strongly worded email requesting a refund as the rings weren't as advertised, the company stopped answering. Thankfully I paid for the rings on a credit card and the credit card company have refunded the money to me - after a lengthy process. A very stressful exercise that thankfully I'm almost at the end of - 8 months after ordering. Don't risk buying from this company.
