RUN! RUN! RUN!
5/25/18 - After careful thought and a conversation with the service manager Dan, I am happy to say that my new wedding band arrived today and is JUST what I wanted. It is beautiful and I am glad this finally all worked out. I am going to take the band for an independent appraisal next week and provided my jeweler agrees with the appraisal, I will be happily putting this ring in my safe until my wedding day! Thank you Dan for all of your help in getting this resolved!

RUN! RUN! RUN! DO NOT order from them! I have been fighting to get my 100% "hassle free" refund from them for 3 weeks now!! The product was too small, I returned it as instructed TWO DAYS after receiving it in my home. They have received the product, and have been giving me the run around, saying they were doing this an "exchange" which I have said over and over again I don't want.
Update 5/8/18 - On Friday, 5/4/18 after forwarding Allurez the email from the State Attorney General's Office, suddenly, AMAZINGLY, my refund was done within 15 minutes.
This review states that they have "contacted me" for further information about my review, they certainly have not and the message that came to me through Trust Pilot from them was simply a hyphen. I stand by my original review.
