Lost Ring
A ring I had purchased from Allurez was being sent back for repair and UPS lost it, at least for a while. Complete frustration with UPS but Allurez took over. Then one day, my ring (or possibly a new one, I’m not sure) appeared. Allurez took care of me, the customer. Thank you Allurez!
