Basketball Eternity Sports Band for sports lover!
Thank You Kim for taking my call, listening to understand my concern. Since I lost my first ring, I ordered the basketball eternity sports band for the second time. I love the quality of the rings. When the second ring was delivered, it was not what I ordered. It was missing the shiny finish as online. Kim was very helpful, informative and worked with her team to get me the ring I initially ordered. Return process was smooth and I was able to receive my order with the shiny finish within the week.
