TERRIBLE Experience Ordering A Wedding Band
I ordered (and paid for) a wedding band, which the site indicated was readily available. After not hearing anything from them for several days, they informed me that band wasn't available at that time, and offered me a replacement, which wasn't suitable. I told them that I wanted to cancel the order, if they couldn't fill it within a reasonable timeframe. They ultimately sent me a USPS tracking number and said the ring would go out the next day, but USPS indicated they have still not received the ring. I sent them two emails demanding they cancel the order and refund my money, but they didn't respond to either. I filed a complaint with both the BBB and through PayPal (how I paid for it). Finally, apparently as a result of my complaints (and a full month after I placed the order), they told me that USPS had lost the order, but they could replace it. I told them, again, that I wanted to cancel the order and get refunded. They informed he that had processed the refund, which is now reflected in my PayPal account.
This company's behavior throughout this process was, at a minimum, terribly poor customer service (due to unresponsiveness, failure to identify/investigate the USPS issue, etc.) and boardline uthetical. The fact that they eventually refunded my money in no way changes my opinion of them, for all the reasons I've indicated.
