Gearbunch sets new low standard for customer service
I ordered some leggings in late November to give to my girlfriend as a Christmas present. She tried them on several days after Christmas only to find out that the legs were noticeably uneven. When I tried to call Gearbunch.com customer service, they only allow you to leave a phone number and promise you return your call “within 24 hours”. Don’t believe them, they never will! I finally got a response to my many emails saying only to get a response stating that it was beyond the 30 day return/refund period. It was a freaking Christmas present! What retailer does not realize that Christmas giving poses a slightly different scenario for refunds? Eventually, after multiple emails, someone emailed me back telling me to submit photos of the faulty leggings to “Imgur“ which is an absolutely impossible site to navigate and they keep claiming they never received the photos. I give up. I would never order anything from Gearbunch.com again. The quality sucks and their customer service sucks even worse!
