I wish I could give zero stars
I wish I could give zero stars. I put my trust in them for my first business venture. 2 days after the estimated ship date they still cannot tell me where my order is. Avoid this company like the plague!
UPDATE: Erik in customer service has put a ton of effort into correcting this situation. I have a deep respect for the way he has handled this whole situation so I am upgrading my review to 3 stars. I will buy from them again just because of his personal attention to the matter. The product I have received so far has been really good quality so I don't want to completely judge Queensboro on one bad experience.
