From start to finish Jen answered all my questions (along with 1 response from Mary when Jen was out... both are extremely helpful). My inquiries were all answered promptly, and when I had a few revisions about my logo proof, the art department did a fantastic job revising it to my vision. I got my shirts delivered quickly, and they look better than I imagined. My wife was also in awe of the workmanship, quality of the shirts, and how quickly they arrived. Thread Logic will be the only company I trust with my embroidery from now on. All my future orders of bags, shirts, jackets, and other logo apparel will be with them. The prices are amazing too by the way... The shirts are all almost the same exact price as retail, including the logos... and the messenger bag I got sells for much more on Amazon without embroidery.
