Good product
Good product, well machined and packaged. Requires a fair amount of prep before painting esp. on the recessed panels. Thought the water resistant upgrade was a little expensive as were the panels. Shipping expensive too. By the time I primed and painted the panels, I had a sizable investment into them. All in all, a good product at a high price. Not sure I will be ordering again.

Deb gave amazing help on the phone locating the outlets on my walls as they related to the panel layout. She was dead on!! she also helped with the corner pieces and everything else.. Then on the July 4th week..they shipped my panels in ONE DAY... Amazing They are installed and look great.... I am not a carpenter ( far from it) but these panels make our dining room look custom made.. I cannot wait to order panels for our next project..

great company and product. Go out of their way to make sure the order is correct. I had wainscoting made for a stairway in an old house, things aren't exactly square or up to date. Owner contacted me to double check on the measurements, take me thru the process and ensure we got it correct. Product is great and packaging is above and beyond to make sure it arrives in perfect condition.

Wainsoting Order
I ordered 3 pieces 1 was broken/crushed at the bottom. Luckily i was able to cut that out. Another piece was slightly longer than the other which caused issues when installing the counter. I was also under the impression i was ordering wood not particle board. I was not expecting to NEED to paint the surface. For $300 i should have gotten REAL wood and not pressed particle board. However the delivery and the ordering process was a breeze and now that i have everything painted, the product looks good. (even with the extra step of HAVING to paint)

We apologized to Bonnie Sue for the damaged panel. This was a small order that shipped with FedEx Ground and the bottom edge of one panel was damaged. We always stand behind our products and if we had known that there was damage we would have replaced the damaged panel. We use the best furniture grade MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard) available on the market because it mills very well and paints great. A premium MDF is much more stable than wood with regards to expansion and contraction and that is why it is preferred over wood by architects and builders for painted millwork.

I cant say enough good things about my experience witb WainscotingAmerica! And of course if tbe product wasnt great, the customer service wouldnt matter, but the product met even my high expectations. The design tool was extremly helpful in not only designing my project but immediately getting a sense for cost (which is a fraction of locally sourced product.) I was building wainscot panels for the "legspace" of a basement bar, and it was important that the panels lined up with where the barstools would be. It was great to be able to adjust/tweak the stile widths on tbe ends (with relatively standard sized stiles in the middle) on the design tool such that when my contractor came to install, there were no questions or issues. Turnaround time was excellent as was the packaging. An easy 5 star rating!!!!
