I've ordered from Verishop a few times…
I've ordered from Verishop a few times now because I love their product selection and they have super quick shipping. However, I'm a full-on convert after dealing with their customer service at Christmas. I purchased some products for my husband as gifts, and the packaging arrived damaged. I messaged the customer service team with pictures, and without me having to do anything else, they sent me replacement products and told me to keep the damaged products as backups! I was so blown away with how straightforward and easy the whole process was.

Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever! I never received my order. It has been more than a week and they haven’t done anything to resolve the issue and give me a refund. Seems like they like to hire rude and unprofessional people since shopping with Verishop has been a nightmare. I’ve had customer service reps closing the chat and ending calls without even apologizing for the situation.

Great items and nicest customer service!
I love Verishop! They have the nicest selection of home items. I bought this beautiful wine opener that is black and gold. I get compliments on it all of the time. One time I had an issue with a broken item. I called customer service and they resolved my issue right away with an exchange. Super friendly and courteous!

Slow shipping and customer service
Customer service is professional but lack any real tools to help shoppers. I ordered an item on a Friday, and by the following Tuesday, the order was still "processing". A quick chat with customer service revealed that they don't process orders on the weekend. And then it takes 2-3 business days to process before shipping. Meanwhile, plenty of smaller shops process orders 24/7 and offer 1-2 day shipping for free. Customer service couldn't cancel my order, so that's an added pain point of processing a return, if/when my order arrives. You're better off shopping elsewhere.

I received an item that wasn't the same…
I received an item that wasn't the same as advertised. Please check your items thoroughly, take pictures of the item you ordered (to compare with what you get) keep your tags, any wrapping and box it came in. Although customer service was quick with resolution, their items are not inexpensive and the consumer should get what they ordered, it’s an inconvenience. I will not order here again.

Poor traceability no accountability for…
Poor traceability no accountability for shipping process and delivery times even with expedited 2- day shipping. Do not believe what their website tells you it is completely inaccurate and UPS confirmed that they did not ship 2-day.. it was shipped via ground. I ordered the package on a Monday, at ordering it stated it’s be delivered by Friday but now arriving the following Monday ... A FULL WEEK LATER from when I ordered with 2-day shipping. When I followed up with Verishop customer service they claimed it was shipped with 2-day however after an hour trying to contact a human that could help me at UPS (Verishop offered no assistance) and finally get a supervisor to assist we confirmed the package was NOT SHIPPED WITH 2-day as stated and there was no real option to intercept/reship and get it by the needed date. Shame on me for not reading these reviews sooner. I could’ve ordered direct via seller web site and cut out the middleman. Would never use Verishop again.

I was a little unsure of this company…
I was a little unsure of this company after finding what seemed to be almost TOO good of a deal on some Paige jeans, and reading a few not so great reviews. However, my experience was completely seamless. The jeans are exactly as pictured at a much lower cost than Nordstrom. They arrived within 5 days and were packed nicely.

I give Verishop NEGATIVE stars
I give Verishop NEGATIVE stars - they are TERRIBLE and should be called Verish#tty. After having no information about when my item was going to arrive, then triple confirming (email, phone, text) that a $400 dress would arrive in plenty of time for the event I am attending, I got a cancellation email - 4 hours after an email that said it was on its way. No explanation. Nothing. I called to let them know what a lurch they left me in, because I have no time to find something else 2 days before the event, and they just said... "oh, well it must be an inventory issue on the brand's end." DON'T BE FOOLED. They are terrible.

It’s been weeks since I placed in order…
It’s been weeks since I placed in order for a pair of Docs (2nd day air) and I have no idea where they are. Verishop has not replied to customer service emails, the customer support phone number goes directly to voicemail (who does that?), and the online chat leaves tells you to email them LOL. I guess there’s a reason why I had never heard of Verishop. My advice is to avoid them at all cost. Verishop if you are reading this - where are my boots???

I regret buying my headphones from…
I regret buying my headphones from verishop. In less than a year they are nolonger working. I bought 2 of them,and they're not working anymore. One broke up in the middle, and another one,the ON/ OFF button isn't working! I wish I could use that money on something else! And the way they are expensive!

If I could give a negative 5 stars I would
After setting up my login as a new customer and doing my purchase my transaction was cancelled via email. This was done after I responded to the shady request to kindly provide a snapshot of my bank statement confirming the transaction. I called to get clarification and I was told that due to me using a vpn to protect my privacy my transaction would be cancelled and my payment would be refunded. SMH I will happily use another company to complete my purchase and let everyone know to avoid this company altogether. Not worth the hassle.

Negative, negative, negative. Not only did they charge my card $338 for a dress they cancelled by email, but I ordered the same dress in another color and have her to receive that. Beware of this company (if you can call it a company) as they charge your card for an item they cannot fill and then it takes days before the credit is returned. I have been charged $733 for 2 dresses; one was cancelled and the other is somewhere in limbo. I’m sure I will check my credit card bill and find they have not credited it. Horrible on every level.

LIVE STREAM BUYING IS THE BEST
Everything I buy on Verishop is from watching a LIVE STREAM. I am addicted. It is a mix of regular people and influencers honestly showing you products and sharing about them. It really helps you decide if you want something or not. Or just encourages you to buy stuff you don't need but I am ok with that.

Verishop, the coolest new place to shop
Verishop was an amazing place for me to discover new brands in all categories, from the coolest silky maxi skirt, to my new favorite sunscreen to a handmade leather belt for my hubby! I'm so glad I found this site and shop it weekly to discover new brands. Now I look stylish but don't look like everyone else! Love it, keep doing what you're doing Verishop.

I found a dress for my daughter's…
I found a dress for my daughter's wedding that I LOVE, but all the reputable stores were out of my size. I ordered on Verishop on 2/4/22 and was told I would have the dress by 2/18/22. I checked the status of my order on 2/17 since I had not heard anything else and it still was not shipped and was "processing." I received an email this evening that they were out of stock. Seriously?????? I should have known better than to deal with a second rate website. Thank God I used a credit card and not a debit card in case they don't reimburse me. DON'T EVER USE THEM!
