I have been afforded the opportunity to work with many companies and many capable individuals. I am impressed with the extra level of care and professionalism JENNI V of UnitelVoice exhibits. She has provided me with something I experience only rarely in the current nationwide business environment—truly exemplary service. She demonstrates sincere concern and empathy for your customers while respecting the position of her employer. As CEO of REO Nationwide, I highly recommend JENNI V and UnitelVoice. Any company that has her in their employ is extremely fortunate. Unlike so many others in my experience, JENNI V does far more than strive to deliver what she promises. She is a person of integrity and principle; the personification everything corporate America strives to be. Consider this to be the highest recommendation that I can give for JENNI V and UnitelVoice. I switched from RIng Central having been with them since they started. For several years now their service and support has been way below par. Finally I've had it and made the switch to UnitelVoice. Jenni V made it easy.. Unitel Voice support is in the United States unlike Ring Central support these days. UnitelVoice and Jenni V make this move an excellent choice…I would be lucky to work with her anywhere, and anytime.

Excellent service rep
Don't know about Unitel Voice. It is too new. But the service rep was EXCELLENT. So knowledgeable and professional. And most important to me, PATIENT. If Unitel Voice is as good as their reps, I will be completely satisfied.

RUDE, ARROGANT, PATHETIC SUPPORT STAFF.
Pathetic, rude and arrogant support staff, went on to block our account making own assumptions. If you do not like to listen to your customers, STAY OUT OF THE INDUSTRY.

Dear Sujith, I want to apologize to you. We could have definitely handled your situation better and we should have never made you feel like you were being treated unfairly or personally discriminated against. I reviewed your order details and the online chat transcript you had with our support team on the evening of July 23. Here’s what went wrong: When our support rep tried to access your settings it temporarily froze your account. The rep was given an indication there was an automated hold placed on your account by our payment processing system. It indicated that the IP address you signed up from didn’t match your credit card's billing address and the area code of the contact number you used at sign up also did not match the billing address. As I saw in the transcript, there could have been a perfectly good reason for why those credentials did not match up, as you point out you have offices in both North America and New Zealand. But unfortunately, because it was after hours our account services department who manages our PCI DSS compliance was closed, and only they can manually verify your account to unlock it. The failure on our end was how we communicated. When our support rep told you that your account needed to be reviewed by our fraud department it sounded punitive and accusatory. And that is my fault. I’m in charge of the language our team uses to communicate with customers and we should have a better-scripted response that better explains the situation. I want you to know that because of your experience, we’ve made changes to ensure we handle these situations better going forward. Thank you for bringing it to our attention. Works really well
This is my first experience with a truly virtual phone system. I have had much experience implementing traditional business phone systems. The setup of UniTel Voice was very easy, and implementation went flawlessly. So far am quite impressed and may never recommend a traditional phone system to a client or employer again!

Unitel Voice A Great Addition To My Business
I would like to say that Unitel Voice is a great addition to my business. The script and voice over is professional and keeps my home number safe. I haven't had the time to really study some of the options, so, as soon as I'm able, I want to try out some of the extensions and other additions to the service.

What a great customer Service support! Thumbs up!
AS a new UniTel Voice customers, I was having some difficulty setting up the system all by myself. I reached out to customers support twice the same day and Wendy expertly took me thru all the setup steps based on my custom requirements. And even gave me examples of how I can best express my greeting. To say the least, I was impressed. I am glad to have chosen this company for my 800 phone service.
