Fraudulent?
Fraudulent? Ordered a LC4 which appeared available on web page with estimated delivery 07/17/2023 Payed with PayPal for additional security. Customer response the next day was that the item is out of stock. I asked to cancel the order, Sohnne charged my credit card with the full amount even according PayPal proof of delivery is needed to do so. Got an other email from Sohnne: If you want the black color, kindly you have to be patiently waiting for the chair max 2 - 3 weeks deliver to your address. Please confirm if you agree. I asked for cancel and refunding but no further response. Seems like I have to use legal actions.

Do a proper background research before you place you order
I'm not going to lie and deny that my experience with Sohnne was without problems. First, my order was not shipped on time, and then customer support did not respond to my emails for several days. The answers also varied. For example, one email stated that the order had been processed, and the next letter said that the order would take 4 weeks. So please note that you may not receive your item in the promised 2-5 days. Also, when I canceled my order, the refund didn't happen in the typical way, so I had to cover the Paypal transfer fee of €65. But I could see that Sohnne was trying very hard to make amends to me. I hope they have really learned from their mistakes and improved their customer support and supply chain. In any case, use a Google search to read other people's experiences (examples from Reddit) with this company and carefully consider your risk tolerance. Also, take into account the warning displayed on the Trustpilot page: "We've removed a number of fake reviews for this company." Also, make a purchase using a Paypal account to protect yourself.

Great customer service!
I received my beautiful Noguchi table just a few days after ordering it! However, despite the excellent packaging it really took a beating though shipping. Unfortunately the 3/4" glass top had a chip out of it. No problem! I sent a photo of the damage package and of the chip in tabletop to SHONNE. They promptly sent me a new table within a few days. The table is very well made and customer service was top notch. Do not hesitate to order from them!

Edit (12/28/2023): The seller has emailed me three times with bribes to remove my review. They have also reported my review to Trustpilot in an attempt to have it removed. Make of it what you will. I purchased the La Mamma Up 5 and Up 6 Replica on their website on July 12, expecting to receive my order within 2-6 weeks — as stated on the website. After nearly two months, I have only just received the order. Communication with their customer support team has been futile throughout the entire process. They gave vague updates, refused to provide tracking information, and often disregarded my emails unless I escalated the issue. The item also has flaws; the colors do not match the advertised photos, they did not align the patterns before sewing, buttons are missing, and the zipper on the ottoman has burst open, revealing mold all over the foam. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere. Please do not make the same mistake of overlooking the fabricated reviews on this website and on theirs. Re: Seller's Response Hey Gaby! Thank you for providing a timeline of our email discussion, though I would like to add some details you overlooked. * I requested information about my product's tracking number on 7/19, only to receive an email stating that your team would get back to me shortly. I only got a response after following up on 7/21. * Between confirming the timeline on 8/2 and my cancellation request on 8/10, I emailed two more times (8/3 and 8/8) with no response. I'm sure you can understand why I had my concerns. * You claim to have issued a partial refund of $150, but I have yet to receive it. Perhaps you may have mistakenly refunded another client? * Leading up to 8/26, I followed up three more times. * Nowhere in our email chain was I ever told that I "would receive updates by September 17th." Instead, Alicia said to anticipate delivery within 7-10 working days on 8/26. To no surprise, it was not delivered. * Frankly, I saw no use in further communication with your team to resolve issues with your item. Who knows, maybe you would have sent another partial refund to the wrong client. For some constructive criticism, transparency and communication is crucial to trust. While tracking numbers can change, simply sharing whatever tracking information was available at each stage — which was clear your team had on hand, judging by their insight on every aspect of my order's fulfillment — would have eliminated any uncertainty and frustration on my end.

My item never shipped
UPDATE- I received my order and I’m very happy with the quality. If Sohnne had been more transparent about the shipping (website says 3 day shipping, which may be the case but they should also mention on their site a ballpark figure of processing time) I would have known what to expect and would not have left negative feedback. With all the online scams, I was worried that I was going to be scammed. All in all, I am happy with the product, it’s VERY well made and beautiful. My item never shipped, it was ordered several weeks ago. Customer service was playing games with me and provided me with fake Fedex tracking numbers. DO NOT buy from them. Order #SHN757916 The telephone number Gabrielle provided below goes straight to voicemail and nobody ever calls you back.

Nice Chair, Good Quality
I am giving this 5 stars because I really like the chair overall. Its nice quality, comfortable and relatively easy to put together. A few somewhat less than perfect things about the process- 1. Putting the leather armrests on what not easy. It took about an hour total while the rest of the chair took about 5-10 minutes. Getting the holes lined up was difficult and a bit frustrating, it definitely takes perseverance. 2. There were not directions that told you which screws to use where as the printed large sheet didnt always line up with the product I actually received. I didn't bother with the youtube tutorial though which may have clarified this. 3. The shipping information left much to be desired. I tried to look up when it might ship out and it always said "Processing". Luckily my husband was home the day it arrived and could bring it in the house. This could have been better given the cost of this item in particular. Overall the quality of the chair is all I really cared about which seems pretty solid. Leather is nice and I got the walnut which also seems like a legit veneer. I am happy overall with the purchase.
