End results great customer service!
The people at Sohnne actually read these reviews and take action to rectify the problems you are unhappy with. I originally posted an unfavorable one star review. Diego contacted me from the company and worked very hard to get me a refund on the item I paid for and didn’t receive. He bent over backwards to make sure I was happy. In the end the company actually has great customer service. Thank you Diego!

Beautiful piece
Beautiful piece, easy to put together, although we did have to look up the instructions online. While it seems simple, you don’t want to get it wrong when you’ve just spent so much on a beautiful piece!

Great communication from Chester
We ordered the Eames replica with the white glove service. There was a glitch in the communication with the white glove service and it did not happen as expected… and I was very impressed with the communication afterwards from Chester to “make it right”. This ended up being an A+ experience due to Chester’s customer service and we truly love the chair!! Would order again and recommend to friends.

Quality chair and quickly delivered...with excellent customer support.
My chair was delivered quickly and there was great communication throughout the process. There was a minor difference between the armrests that I needed to be replaced. Stephanie from customer support was amazing in helping to resolve the issue. She communicated promptly, in a friendly manner, and kept me aware at every step. Would highly recommend the company for furniture and for the peace of mind from quality customer support.

Wonderful chair!
Wonderful chair!! The craftsmanship and leather are excellent.The only issue I had was attachment of the arm rests.It was difficult to Aline the mounting screws to the holes.Other than that, am very pleased with my purchase.

Thoroughly satisfied
The chair matched the description on the website and all the positive reviews. I've had an Eames chair on my wish list for years. I don't ever see myself spending that kind of money for the real deal. While I've sat in authentic Herman Miller Eames chairs a few times, there is no difference I could find between this replica and the real deal. Very pleased with my purchase! Shout out to Diego

I ordered office chair but never was…
I ordered office chair but never was received. I spoke with representative on their website via messaging option. Representative told me my order had been transferred to a different carrier and a new tracking number would be provided. I also asked for my order number but stated his system was down and he could not pull it up but would send in the email promised. I was wondering how can he see that there was a change in the freight company without looking at his computer? I waited a day but never got the email so he basically lied. I dont think this is a reputable company so buyer be ware. I am requesting this company be investigated.

The company was great to work with
The company was great to work with. They answered questions via chat on heir website which I love. The reviews online were helpful and the customers photos are always incredibly informative. Assembly of my replica chair was a little tricky as other reviewers said but I figured it out. There was one spot on the leather that was slightly discolored but overall I’m very happy with the chair.

I have been waiting since February for…
I have been waiting since February for a Barcelona replica which was supposed to ship in 2 to 5 business days. It is difficult to get in touch with customer service. The last information I received was the ship arrived in port on May 1 and I should receive the chair within days. I am still waiting for delivery and when I am able to reach customer service they continue to fabricate false promises. I have lost faith in ever receiving this chair.

Below are all facts and proven by documentation: 1) Item availability posted on website was not truthful. While the delivery confirmation said all items had been delivered, 1 out the 3 items was indeed delivered and no further communication from them clarifying what was going on. 2) When asked the unavailable item's whereabouts, I was provided with false info as excuses repeatedly (in my case: they made it up to say "item was being cleared at customs" repeatedly but in fact, it wasn't even shipped yet from China). 3) They would always write lengthy apologetic replies with promises they're actively tracking the shipment but not once, they would proactively update you what is going on. Only when you chased them down with multiple emails, they would compensate with a small discount but still no useful delivery information can be provided and confirmed. 4) The item that I ordered was posted as "available" to be shipped within 2-3 business days back in 10-Feb-2024 and it is still not received as of today 23-May-2024. Keep emailing to their customer service requesting updates and still no updates as well. POV: Logistic delays are understandable and at times acceptable, but not providing the truthful info from the beginning and no other proactive and useful tracking information can be provided along the way for over 3 months is not good business practice and customer service. The 2-star rating actually is for the only item we did receive in 9 days from ordering since it is indeed in good quality and delivered promptly. With that, I still believe this is a legit and solid company from a product quality standpoint but truthful availability info posted on website, post-sale customer service especially when issues arise, with more proactive follow-ups with candid and useful info provided would be needed for improvement.
