A Great Gift!
I sent a snuggable to my pregnant niece in NC. Everything went so smoothly-from ordering, to time of delivery, to my niece’s happiness upon receiving it, to my niece herself already using it, & to her cat loving it too. It could not have worked out better! Thank you!

Excellent customer service and first class staff and management
There were a few web difficulties with the order, but the staff and management at Snuggables immediately stepped forward to resolve the issues and the Snuggable was very quickly shipped and delivered. Staff and management are efficient and very caring. Excellent all round. Well done.

The Perfect After-Surgery Gift

I love this plush!
I love this plush so much! I've been needing an emotional support cat for a while and have been trying to find an alternative until I can, and this man knocked it out of the park! Not only is the rice pouch for warming or cooling him down is awesome, the rice pack also adds a nice weight that feels almost like an actual cat when it's on my chest. I fell in love with him the moment I took him out of the box. Thank you so much!

Wonderful for my arthritic dog!
My 13 year old boy recently developed arthritis in his right knee. I knew moist heat was beneficial for symptoms of arthritis, but was also looking for something to ice his knee after our morning walks. I love the fact that I can alternate between hot and cold compression with this wrap. The size and shape are conducive to the area needing treatment, and the fact that it's filled with natural ingredients is a major bonus! It provides a nice amount of comforting weight without encompassing him like blankets on the market designed for the same purpose. The lavender scent is also soothing and helps my guy relax. I'm really pleased with the versatility and effectiveness of this product, and strongly recommend it for anyone whose best friend is experiencing pain or discomfort.

Amazing Staff
The snuggable I received was extremely soft and adorable, though it had one small flaw. Upon further thought I realized I didn't exactly want this product and went through in getting a partial refund. The snuggables staff were extremely helpful and were great at communication during the entire process. :)

Super to keep kids warm in winter.
These snuggable animals are perfect for my grand kids on cold nights. It helps them sleep better. They are nice and soft and best of all - washable (when the heat packets are removed). The only thing that would make them better is for the heat packets to be bigger so they'd stay warm longer.

Excellent thought on the bigger heating packs! Some of the pouches of the smaller animals will hold a larger pack. We will work on adding that option to those products that can be adapted.

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service! I put in the wrong zip code so my order got returned to them. When I realized my mistake, I asked them to reship my order and I would be happy to pay for shipping. Instead they express shipped my order so my granddaughter was able to open her snuggable for Christmas and she loved it! She didn’t put it down the whole afternoon. I highly recommend the Snuggables and the company.
