Your web-site is a little hard to …
Your web-site is a little hard to navigate trying to find certain items. Then when you start building items on sale in the cart, some do not apply, added amounts are applied due to "less than" quantities. The more simple you make things, the more people will come back. Long time customer, David A.

Brought 4 shirts feel I got fleeced on shipping then fleeced again on shipping when arrived material was okay shipping extortion 200 bucks for 4 shirts embroidary okay people nice. way too much for too little.

I did not have a good experience at first But I confess that in the end, we were very happy.
I did not have a good experience at first because we had a lack of communication, I think they should change the process of authorization to start the Order. You sent me my order without the Logos and that delayed the whole process and received my new Order with the Logos delayed, you made all your effort, send it to the hotel where we had the conference, but that and everything arrived with a late Day. But I confess that in the end, we were very happy with the completion of the work, we hope that for the next, everything will be easier.

Should really be a 2.5
If there was a 2.5 that's what I'd choose but since I had a good first experience that's got to be taken in to account. At time of order I was told that my order would go to machine in 6-10 days and I expected it to ship in about 3 since I'm close to the company. After 4 weeks of no word about my order I began to get worried. So I try to log in to my account at night but can't because Queensboro is closed. I do so the next am to find a shirt is on backorder. Well I figure that explains the delay so I give it another week. No word so I contact customer service...no mention of the backordered shirt business when I ask about the delay but here's where it gets sketchy. I'm told a machine went down and there order processing was affected and they are running behind but are back up after purchasing another machine. Ok I understand. Another week and no shirts. I contact them again and am told now that my order went to machine and that a shirt got damaged in production and that my shirts will be done that day or next and ship out. I'm really questioning the info now. I got shirts finally later than they again said but what gets me is that I felt like Queensboro was not telling me the truth. If there was a production issue, it would have been better to just announce it apologize and move forward. I didn't appreciate the lack of communication and frankly now I'm just a bit concerned about ordering again. It took me 6 weeks to get my shirts that were expected in 2-3.

Shipping too long
The quality of the shirts as well as customer service were great! However almost 8 weeks for delivery was not. We had an employee representing our company with out shirts because of the delay.

The chain broke along the line
Until this order my experience with Queensboro was flawless but somehow my order was put on hold for a month awaiting 2 baseball caps. Don't get me wrong they made it right but it's just odd that this company that in the past has been all about communications failed to communicate. All of that said, I will continue to be a loyal customer but next time I will be more vigilant.

Good not great
The shirts a very nice. They are going to shrink a little in the wash which I found to be a good thing because the sizes are larger then normal sizes. The logo that was embroidered wasn't the best quality. But all said and done, for the price, until I am able to afford a higher quality distributor I would use Queensboro again in a heart beat.

The usual process is to order the blank items at regular price - we cover shipping to you, and when you send them back to us, we'll refund you for the cost of the shirts.
