Costs less, good support
I had good experience with customer service.. and see less rates compare to other sites.. this would be great platform for who holding website address and sell after sometime.. in the site, lot of information in single page that’s very good.. but I see a UX issue accordion on website names which does not persists on page loads.. keep on clicking to get things done..

Unclear VPN issues
Couldn't buy the domain at first because I had my VPN turned on, I wish the website was a bit more transparent about *why* the order failed. Other than that, it was a very enjoyable experience that didn't feel like the generic tech company boilerplate.
