Everything was great - I got a fantastic watch from them, even though it is not the first one I was looking at - but that turned out to be no one's fault, I'm just too big for the one I selected. Mike was great about handling the return and I got one that I liked more anyway. They were a pleasure to work with.

World Class Customer Service! I would highly recommend Phigora to anyone looking to find a high quality pre-owned watch. I usually prefer to order off the RolexFourms where they have a list of trusted sellers but it is very hard to find a Cartier Santos Galbee XL in MINT condition for under 3K. So it took a chance with Phigora by contacting them via their website with a reasonable offer for the watch. I received a reply back with an email code that gave me the discount I wanted. I used their website in conjunction with PayPal to place the order. A gentleman named Mike I. assisted me throughout the process and even upgraded me to FREE Over Night Shipping going out that day. Wow! I was so impress! I received the watch today and it is stunning! I will order from them again... I'm looking for a Rolex Air King and I'm sure they'll eventually get one I like. Thank you Mike I. for the stellar service, incredible price, and mint watch.
