I ordered a 24 lb body bar for my daughter. What arrived was an empty box. I both emailed and tried the ‘live’ chat yesterday. I’ve had no response. Terrible service. We’ve filed a claim with Fed Ex. I’ll initiate chargeback proceedings if I have to. Disappointing.

Website was terrible to navigate
Website was terrible to navigate. Going back and forth from each product size. Web design needs to come into this decade. Very amateur. Prices are also out of control. Shipping ridiculously high. With so many options out there, My partners and I will be shopping elsewhere next time.

You expect us to expose our credit cards in full
You expected me to send a photo of my credit card front and back as well as my last credit card statement. And then you cancel my order because I refuse to expose my credit card. It’s fraudulent and all banks warn us against this. It’s common sense never to expose our credit cards to anyone. This is poor workmanship on your side. Please get better work customs. Be like normal companies. Debit the money and send the package. All this because of a Shop and Ship account that everyone in this world knows exist.

Terrible website functionality
Terrible website functionality. Cart would often show $0 no matter what was in the cart. Every single time an item was added, I had to totally close the internet browser and start again. The cart would never show correct price and the cyber Monday free shipping code is terrible to advertise when you're a fitness equipment company but can't order weights with free shipping restrictions.

Website didn't work properly
Your website didn't seem to work properly for me for days when accessing from multiple laptops. I then tried on my smart phone and was able to place the order. From the laptop I could place items in my cart fine but when I went to check out, it would make everything in my cart zero dollars and not allow me to complete the transaction. It was very frustrating and I spent a lot of time trying to get it to work.

I haven't received the bands I ordered a week ago. I wrote this on October 30. Trustpilot wrote and said it takes five days and the order should be here today. I went out and there on my front porch was my order! Thank you!

Something smells at Performbetter
Deceptive shipping information on this company's site. They show shipping as free until after they get your credit card and phone etc. Once they have that info, they show that free shipping is to their RI warehouse. If you want it to your home there is an additional charge. Why can't they show that before they get the cc info. This smells.
