Frustration
I was trying to buy 5 medballs and ise my discount code and it would not apply it (GIFT15). Also it said they would charge $27 for shipping and when you go to check out it was $34. I was going to buy more items but will wait since it is obvious this order will not be right.

Your customer service sucks
Your customer service sucks! I got charged the shipping surcharge, even though I cut the order down to less than 150 lbs. I left a message after hours with your chat more than a week ago -- never got a response. Again two days ago -- no response. Finally just placed the order 032-SO551211 because I need the stuff, but you guys are going to get RIPPING everywhere I can find to post it!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Temporary Surcharge???
Adding a "temporary surcharge" at the very end of order, and not showing when an item is added to cart is deceptive pricing.

Hello Staci, I apologize for the inconvenience regarding the surcharge costs on your recent order. One of the many byproducts of the pandemic was a disruption of the global supply chain, causing costs for raw materials and international shipping to skyrocket across all industries and product types. These costs, which have yet to return to normal levels, rose to the point where some products became unsellable. Not wanting to raise prices and feeling that these costs will recede over time, we decided that adding a TEMPORARY surcharge to help cover some of these unexpected increases would be the fairest option. We will continue to closely monitor the situation and will lower or remove the surcharge as soon as feasible. Your understanding is greatly appreciated! Competition Kettlebell is not the same as others
I have a bunch of competition kettlebells, most from Fedorenko (AKC) and some of the older Perform Better competition bells. All of the competition bells are 66 cm around. I noticed right away that the kettlebell I received from you last week is bigger around than all the others, which completely throws off your form. I measured and the bell is 68cm around. So not sure why you made it bigger around and not equal to all the other competition bells. Waste of money.

Your website is so slow
Your website is so slow, I couldn’t tell if it was up and running. Terrible for an on line ordering. It was so poor I ended up ordering twice. Terrible experience!!!!

NOt sure when PB decided to Make shipping a profit center. About 6 bands and a trx ...$46.00, REALLY for about 5 Pounds? Then the real insult...a "temporary surcharge" blaming COVID. I know I won't be buying from them anymore.

While certainly not as important as health, one of the many byproducts of the Covid pandemic has been a disruption of the global supply chain which caused costs for raw materials and shipping to skyrocket across all industries and product types. These costs rose to the point where some products became unsellable. Like many other companies country-wide, we are experiencing extremely high freight charges that we are hoping will lower over time. That being said, these increases have forced us to raise our shipping costs. The shipping costs assessed are what we are being charged by various carriers. Unfortunately
Unfortunately, you just keep sending me merchandise that is either old, colorless, or broken. I order a 25 lb PB Extreme Rubber Encased Grip Plate that is completly colorless and fade out. As a result, it needs to be replace and ship back at your cost. This is the second time you have done this to me and I'm not very happy about it. You need to have or hire quality control personal before sending your items to the public as thiswould only harm your thrust and reputation. I hope that youfix this matter.

I was disappointed with the extra fees
Updated based on the “company response”. This is a copy & paste reply you give everyone. You did not address the deceptive practice of hiding fees until the end. Nor did you address the fact that an item is on SALE but has a fee due to COVID related inventory costs. Finally, you failed to address shipping costs based on total price of items vs. actually size & weight of items. My box arrived today. These exercise bands did not cost $30 to be delivered. You are profiting off of COVID fees that businesses started 2 years ago, are no longer necessary, but you did not go back to normal pricing. You lost a customer. **************** I was disappointed to get to the final payment screen to discover I had $30 added for shipping and $10 added as an additional fee. This feels very deceptive; like airline fees added at the last second. The items I was purchasing were “on sale”. The added fee was because of COVID inventory issues. In my experience, no one has a sale of items that are limited due to supply issues. It’s economics 101… supply & demand. A sale means you have inventory to move. Also, many online stores offer FREE shipping after a certain price point. A 15% shipping fee based on total goods purchased is not taking into account the weight & size of my items. I bought resistance bands. Not heavy nor bulky. Like the airlines, this company is taking advantage of a post-Covid situation and profitability of extra fees.
