I was a bit skeptical at first but read alot on the website and watch the youtube tutorial. The process was SUPER easy. My Notary "Norma" was not only cordial but got my goofy sense of humor and she actually had personality. I run a customer care team and I'd hire her any day. The doc was just what I need, FAST and took care of a pressing issue.
