Great & Convenient!
Immediate connection to a notary at the promised rate of 25/seal - no gimmicks/no issues; totally killed the hassle of a notary service and I'd use again. Other online notaries have scammed me by taking $$ and then not having an appointment for days/weeks but for this I got connected immediately, paid after, and got my documents.

Started with a Bad experience that turned good due to excellent customer service.
Let's start with the fact that I scheduled it for a client to sign at a specific date and time. My client waited for 1 hour for the system to connect! Why are you asking to schedule if you don't respect your customer time? Then I provided in writing, both on the first page of the document and on the notary instructions field to make sure ALL pages are initialed. NONE was initial, there is not even one initial on the document! We also requested to make sure they input the SS# of the person signing, also was not done! This was a very complicated real estate transaction where 3 siblings and a stepmom had to sign separately, thanks to William from Tampa, this process is now extra complicated. REVISION: Customer service has been great in trying to solve the situation and providing compensation for what went wrong. I did three more signings since then, all went much better. What I realized is that the Notaries are all independent and they use this application, so a lot will depend on who you are getting. The system/program is good and secure and the customer service is excellent.

Convenient and Effective, with a Couple Quirks
The service is good and convenient, reasonably priced. However, the app would not accept my ID upload until about the 10th try, and once you press to connect to a notary, it took more than 15 minutes. Then, it asked for my name as I wanted it to appear on the docs, and I put my First Middle Last, but it only showed my First Last and the notary could not change it. Overall it was still definitely worth it!
