I finally received what I ordered
I finally received what I ordered - It took 25 days to get here so my gift didn’t make it for Christmas.If you’re in a hurry I would try another source. They also don’t answer the phone I tried calling several times - no answer. The gift I ordered was sent from China and the tracking information was worthless.

I've purchased 4 Coronavirus masks back…
I've purchased 4 Coronavirus masks back in March and emailed them several times and they gave me a bogus tracking number that that said that my order can't be found. I have contacted them Katherine told me due to the Circumstances pandemic the order will take little longer than usual now it's been 3 months I had ordered other masks from another company a month later that came in. So the company Mexten is a scam don't order anything from them because I also told them just to refund my money and they said that the order was shipped already but the ordered wasn't even shipped because of a bogus tracking number then I asked to speak to MGMT no one called so don't waste your time and money with them I've notified the Better Business Bureau and the Atty General to put up a Scam Alert on this Company.

I have been waiting two months for an order. I began complaining to customer service a month ago and all I get is the run around and an absolute refusal to refund my money or provide better information. It is to the point I am filing with BBB over this whole thing because Katherine will not assist in this very frustrating issue. I will definitely never buy from their site again.

Purchased some items for my son during quarantine in the beginning of April. Ever since I have gotten bogus tracking numbers and fake excuses as to where my items are. Once I called them out for stealing money I stopped receiving responses. I filed a claim with PayPal and won! Never ordering from this scamming website ever again.

***BUYER BEWARE***
***BUYER BEWARE*** Terrible Service - waited 11 weeks for a small clothing item and when it arrived was the wrong size. They wouldn't replace and I have to pay for the return before getting a refund. Took 6 months. Everything cheap from China.

DO NOT BUY FROM Mexten
First. The items I received, Santa ornaments with a mask, were not the size described. Second. The return address is in China, not the address they were sent from in the US. Third. This is a very difficult company to deal with and did not compensate me for their error in sending a product that did not fit the description.

Just another dropship company
I bought a noodle press. When I received it, the box was broken, the plastic on the press was peeling, and there was rust on the inside. Mexten was willing to give a refund, but only if I shipped it back to China, which would have costed double what I had paid. Overall, Mexten is just another dropship company that is not worth your time. I probable paid twice what I would have paid if I just bought it direct from China.
