I have been waiting two months for an order. I began complaining to customer service a month ago and all I get is the run around and an absolute refusal to refund my money or provide better information. It is to the point I am filing with BBB over this whole thing because Katherine will not assist in this very frustrating issue. I will definitely never buy from their site again.
