Order not fulfilled
Ordered a $400 watch and recieved order confirmation email. About a month later, recieved an email stating my order was cancelled. Apparently there wasn’t enough inventory to fulfill it. Why not make sure your website has real time inventory information so you aren’t getting loans from consumers for products you don’t have. At least I got a credit back on my credit card about 6 weeks after I had paid for the item I never recieved.

placed an order for christmas gift on …
placed an order for christmas gift on December 4. They would not reply to email or voicemail inquiries about order. I emailed them at least 12 times and called 4! Finally had to get my bank involved.

Ordered item, charged for item, on day of promised delivery received notification that order was cancelled. All via email. When I reached out to customer service with my concern I received a reply of "you can speak to my manager". Four attempts to contact customer service and never got through to a person. I was a lifetime customer of Luminox. I now am looking for another watch company as much as I love their product.

I never did receive this watch
I never did receive this watch. I ordered it about December 3rd, contacted them for a status update on December 23rd, and was told it would be shipped shortly. I then recontacted them a week later for a Status update and was told it was on back order. Two weeks later i received an email that my order was canceled and i would be refunded. The customer service and communication was pretty lacking; and i am not one to ever write reviews on products. They never reached out to me first to tell me about the delay or backorder, i always had to initiate contact. So there’s my honest review you’ve requested.

I ordered a watch Dec 7 for my husband …
I ordered a watch Dec 7 for my husband for Christmas. I received 10% off since I was a first time customer. After a week went by and I was charged for the watch, I emailed to ask about it's arrival. The next day I was informed it was on backorder till mid Jan. Cinday tried her best to remedy the problem by sending me a gift set at a 20% discount. Unfortunately, the watch in the gift set was specifically for the Air Force (he's an army vet), so I knew that wouldn't work I gave it to him with the explanation to exchange. We then decided to get the Modern Mariner Automatic. When I was finally refunded for the watch (more than 10 days after you received it back and only because i called) I was told i could order a watch at regular price (no discount, not even the 10% first time customer). I was surprised after all the mess I went through. I ended up buying a comparable watch from another company. This could have been handled SO much better and you could have sold me a watch.

See a watch advertised? No guarantee they have it.
Generally love your products, but recently saw a new watch advertised in a magazine and ordered it. Then I was told they were out of stock. When I later saw it advertised online by Luminox, I ordered it again. Got an email 3 weeks later saying it was out of stock. No word about whether or not it was being discontinued or would be available later. Very disappointed.

Website stock not accurate
I ordered a watch for my sons birthday, the credit card was debited and I received the confirmation. I decided to follow up to check the delivery date only to find that it was out of stock on back order for a least two weeks. Slightly disappointed but the customer support were relatively helpful in trying to find a solution. However my son really wanted the exact model so in the end I ordered from another supplier. What was the particularly irritating was, apart the extra time I spent trying to do this, it also cost me $75 more because the other supplier did not offer the same discount code!
