Bad Quality; even worse customer service
Original buyer bought this ring on Etsy. I reached out to Keyzar (after buying this from someone and providing proof of sale and the order number) in regards to the warranty as the ring has some missing stones as well as warping. The first time I reached out to them, they let me know they would fix it and all I had to do was pay the $50 shipping fee. I did not send the ring as it was not a priority at the time. As time passed (maybe 6 months at most), the ring started to warp so I decided to reach out to Keyzar again in regards to the warranty. They let me know that the warranty is void since I bought this from someone. Fine.. After responding to them asking what the price is to fix the ring, they told me that due to the circumstances, they would not fix the ring. I think that they could use some work in the customer service area but more importantly, maybe make better quality rings for the price? I used to be a big fan of this company as I’ve been eyeing them for years and had a few rings on my radar for anniversaries, however the experience with their team has been subpar.

Hello Valery, The first time you reached out you were offered repairs under our warranty. It is true that at this time we did not realize you were not the original buyer of the ring, and we proceeded with your request as if you were. In fact, had you truly sent the ring in then - the repair work would have been completed for you, with us likely being none the wiser. Since then, we have improved our standards for order verifications, a step meant to better protect our customers' private information. This was when we realized your ring was not purchase directly from us. According to our policy, the lifetime warranty we offer is none-transferable. The main reason for this policy is that we have no way to confirm in what state the product had been given\sold off to the 3rd party, and the letter of the policy is clearly stated on our website. You were explained all of that over our email conversation - politely and professionally. We truly regret that you elected to make public such an inaccurate account of our customer support, with a description of our products that is based on a second-hand item which we've manufactured years ago. Should you ever choose to buy from us directly, we would be delighted to stand by our policy whenever needed. We'd love a chance to improve your experience with the quality of our products, and us at the customer support center will be at your service however we can. Regard, Keyzar Support.

Website is very inaccurate- suspicious experience
On the Keyzar website it notes that you can "See Keyzar’s jewelry up close with a personal appointment. Explore engagement rings, diamonds, and fine jewelry in person through your device." We scheduled this appointment and met with an individual from Keyzar yesterday, Nov 26th. However, there was no option to explore anything via camera. In fact, the individual's camera was not even turned on. The person via Keyzar could only see us. Note - this is in no way disparaging to the individual that assisted us. I'm sure they were only following directions. We asked basic questions about the diamond, and were told we could view photographs of the 2 diamonds we were interested in within the next 1-2 business days. Now we learn we can't see the photos even before purchasing. I called Keyzar to learn more, and when I shared what happened with the representative she said " I don't get it." I was so excited about the settings Keyzar has to offer, but this has all been incredibly suspicious. We will no longer be purchasing an engagement ring from Keyzar.

First and foremost - it is true that our support agents are instructed to keep their personal camera off. Booking a virtual meeting can be done by anyone across the web, and as dedicated as we are to providing personalized customer support - we also have a responsibility to protect our employees' privacy. We never ask our customers to have their cameras on, either. We do have an extensive library of high quality footage showcasing our many designs, as well as various center stones in different grades. We are happy to share any footage available to us during these meeting, though since our products are made to order, we may not have every possible combination of setting and stone to show you as a real-life ring upfront. With that said, I'm afraid we are not able to provide footage of specific diamonds prior to purchase: our diamonds catalogue includes many thousands of stones, which are stocked throughout our company at several internationally located offices. The available stock online changes constantly, with diamonds being sold off and new ones added. These changes can take place so quickly, that in our experience it is highly likely for a diamond to be sold off before we manage to pull it from stock and share its photos with you. That is why we are not able to provide such service prior to placing a purchase. We have had customers in the past who requested to view their chosen diamond before it's set in their ring, and some have even opted to change the diamond selection at this point. We happily obliged them. We are well aware of the fact that many, if not most of our customers start out by being wary of purchasing online such an item, and we make every effort to try and assure their peace of mind with our full refund\exchange policy and lifetime warranty. Our support center is also open for the majority of the business week in order to provide our customers with live support for as long as possible. It is because we take pride in our products and service that I found parts of your feedback concerning. I would like to assure you that I've taken steps to locate the agents you've been in contact with and reiterated to them the topics discussed, so that we may improve in the future. Amazing quality and customer service.
