We explained our needs in furnishing our new home in Naples, Fl and Kathy Kuo Home worked diligently to suggest to us the proper furnishings and accents. You truly get what you pay for: product AND service!
I would absolutely recommend Kathy Kuo Home! Not only are the products top notch, high class, but also the service is phenomenal! I purchased a very expensive chandelier for our log home, but one of the globes was broken. They sent three to replace the one at no charge. Two were broken in the second shipment, but they then sent three more.....all intact at no charge! Products and customer service the BEST! You truly get what you pay for!

Nice Industrial Style Lamp.
Very nice industrial style lamp. The shipping times were accurate and the lamp has a very nice appearance with tasteful blackened steel and antiqued brass accents and works great.

Customer service team was great
I placed an order for barstools about two months ago, unfortunately the vendor was relocating and I did not get any notice on this which delayed the shipping time tremendously. I called customer service once I realized they had not been shipped and was informed of the aforementioned. I was able to contact the customer service team daily and get updates on the status of when the barstools would in fact come in. The customer service team successfully shipped them by my extended deadline and remained very helpful and professional throughout this situation. I will definitely encourage future buyers to purchase here.

I have been using KKH for a couple of years now and I cannot praise this company enough. The design team is so easy to work with, they really take the time to listen to your needs and are able to bring a finished/upscale look in a very reasonable amount of time. I have been really happy with the actual products I have purchased which range from lighting/sofas/coffee tables/mirrors/rugs. Did I mentions how nice they are! Would highly recommend!
