Horrible
I was told that they would honor my cancellation request and then I was invoice and received the following message below from a staff named Shawn Hernandez. It doesn’t quit work like that, per the agreement you signed, upon approval you promised to pay the applicable fees. And we have your signature 3 times verifying you accepted the terms.

After being reviewed on Credit Plug on YouTube, EVERY SMALL BUSINESS OWNER tried to get their HANDS on this card! I am so Happy to have gotten ahold of mine! They offered a considerable credit line on a soft pull with no PG! This is a no brainer for any new business out there not looking use hard pulls to attain CORP CREDIT! Their service on Facebook is impeccable and I've haven't had a problem getting in contact with them on email as well. Happy to have my KAPED CREDIT CARD! ❤

Don’t fall for the Kaped scheme.
This company is not a TRUE credit card company. Our business signed up last week, we were approved for a specific amount and this morning a hold was placed on our business checking account, which was well above the amount our business was approved for. When I called to inquire about the hold I was told by Joshua Elliot (who answered the phone in a very unprofessional & nonbusinesslike manner) said this is the way the account works; you sign up and you’re agreeing to a weekly draft to be deducted from your checking account to be deposited to your credit card. He said “they must have given you paperwork to sign that explains that” & “who did you meet with”. First of all, NO we were not given paperwork to explain this and we did NOT meet or speak with anyone, it was all done online! In addition to this, another member of customer service, Shawn Hernandez began emailing me attempting to shame me or make me feel embarrassed for calling them out on their unprofessional and unethical practices. I had to threaten reporting him for harassing communications to get him to finally stop trying to engage me in an argument. We are supposedly getting our funds reversed back to the account and supposed to be having any overdraft fees covered but folks ... BE AWARE! Don’t fall into the trap we fell into. Kaped is a SCAM!

This is my second review
This is my second review. My first review i wrote when I had got approved so I was very excited. When I received my card in the mail I called to activate my account, but for some reason it said I couldn't activate i called customer service and they where no help. They kept say its better if I email them. After I email I got a reply back from a guy called SHAWN HERNANDEZ telling me that my account was red flag for suspicious activity Mind you I never used the card he told me I need 3 forms of ID government issue ID passport and social security number. I found it suspicious. So I ask if I can send other forms of ID and never got a reply until a day later saying that they are shutting down the coming because they don't have enough staff. Long story short I think this company just wanted to collect your personal info for there own agenda. Its a SCAM AND RIPOFF DONT GIVE THEM YOUR INFO

It was confusing to know the merchant…
It was confusing to know the merchant id and I'm not sure i even entered the right info. I loging into the account and found the closest seeming thing which was the Acquirer Merchant ID. The form ask for the card expiration date but makes you put a day and doesn't give any notes on what day to put since the cards expiration only have month and year. I guessed and put the first of the month and year my card expires on. The choices of payment frequency would have been nice if it had future detail next to it like for weekly (every Thursday) bi weekly(every other Thursday) monthly (every 15th of the month), etc.

Confused
This process was not clear because the merchant number was not sent to me. I had to research an older email to try and figure it out. Also there is no MMDDYYYY on the card. It only has the MMYY.Quite confusing.

To look at your MID simply log into your portal at: https://secure.payvus.com/portal/#/login From there navigate to "Business Profile" on your left of the screen and your MID will appear under "Acquirer Merchant ID" Hope this helps!
