The salesman was extremely helpful and very patient with my wife's indecision. He even moved the TV stand we were looking at over to a bookshelf my wife liked, all for her to see if she liked the two pieces together.

The only thing I would suggest is that the delivery people have shoes covers to put on when they walk in a house that is carpeted. I just put some blankets down to protect my carpets. Excellent service and helpful people. Thank you!

Thanks for the feedback. Our crews do carry shoe covers in their trucks, but do not automatically wear them. I will pass along the suggestion.

Quick resolution of problems!
Quick resolution of problems! Ordered a table and chair set. The table arrived damaged (drop leaf table, broken hinge). The delivery person was immediately on the phone with the office, and they offered to come out and replace the hinge so they wouldn't have to take the table back. While I was uneasy about this arrangement, they kept their word and came out the next day with a replacement hinge and fixed it. So I'd happily buy from them again.

Custom sized bookshelf delivered on time
We asked them to make a custom-sized bookshelf that accommodated a very sloping floor. They did an excellent job, including lots of personalized service from Nicholas, 1" blocks on one side that accommodate perfectly, beautiful paint job, and it's now happily sitting in our living room, stuffed with books. Service, communication, clearing concerns, all were top level. This is our only experience with them, but based on this, I couldn't have asked for more. I'd been meaning to call and thank him/them, but hopefully this review will suffice!

Superb service!
Oh my goodness, absolutely wonderful experience! Nick held my hand throughout the whole process. We had a lot of manipulations to do with this bookcase/built-in and it came out perfectly. Things are done so well that I plan I’m going back next week and ordering another piece of furniture!

Great, endless options of furniture for every room in the house. Don't let the outside fool you, it's worth a visit. All styles and special-ordering options available with great customer service. I left with a console table, loaded into my car and in my living room in a few minutes. Just what I needed, no more ordering from places where I have to figure out screws and pray it all comes together after 8-hours of hell trying to put together a media stand - shop here, save time and you'll be so much happier and save your marriage!
