DON’T GIVE Credit Card Info…..
The hair loss medication I signed up for monthly, would interact negatively with a new medication I had to take for blood pressure. No Big deal, No ones fault it just is what it is. So I called to cancel, explained the issues Then was told im was all set, subscription canceled. I said thank you goodbye. The next month they sent another bottle and charged me, when I called they said it wasn’t in the system, but they would handle it right away. When I asked about my money they took, they told me I’d have to speak to someone else, who then told me I’d have to pay to send it back if I wanted my money back! I didn’t bother, I was so annoyed. After that I Put my Card on Lock when not using it, Then this morning I not get a text message basically saying a charge had been attempted…. YUP they were still going to send me a 3rd Bottle! But got shut down because I had my account locked. Now I Don’t Know what to do, calling them a 3rd time seems pointless, so I might order a new card, or email there support so I have hard evidence the next time they try to charge me. Bottom line: Do not TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION! They clearly only care about money and not about your health!

When you called us to stop your Auto Refills on your second order, your account was not noted properly, that's why a 3rd order was placed for you. It was an internal error and for that we apologize profusely. We're sorry to lose you as a customer, but understand that the contraindications weren't good with your other medications. To all consumers, if at anytime you feel uncomfortable giving out your credit card number, DON'T do it.

Pills make to much noise. Everyone will know u r getting dick pills in the mail. Some of the Pills r duds and don't work. If they don't like ur review u will get bullied.

I had a pleasant conversation with Kirk this morning, and the conclusion we came to is that there was a miscommunication about a coupon that was to be placed on the order, but wasn't. This is the 2nd time
The most recent order was placed after HM made a mistake on a previous order I placed a couple weeks ago. The order I received several weeks ago mistakenly contained the wrong dosage. HM offered free overnight shipping on this order to make up for their mistake. I placed this order on a Thursday. When HM finally processed the order my “overnight” shipment should arrive the following Monday. However, that is only a guess because they never provided a follow up email confirming the order and HM’s website does not list a FedEx tracking number, so honestly I don’t know when or if I will receive my order. This company used to be trustworthy. Unfortunately my last two orders have proved different.

Questionable Practices
I did not place this order nor the one previous to this. I received an email notification on 5/14 that I am now eligible to place a reorder which I did not do. When I used your coupon to receive a discount prescription, there was no mention of a monthly auto renewal and auto billing of my credit card and the receipt I received did not list this as well. I tried to locate in my healthymale.com account webpage a way to stop the auto renewal but there does not appear to be a way to do this nor to remove my credit card. This practice of billing my card for purchases I did not authorize must cease and desist immediately.

You no longer will receive auto refills, and when you have returned the recent unwanted order shipped to you, you will receive a refund. In effect as of 5/17 we have ceased and desisted the use of your credit card. Didn't get what I ordered
Didn't get what I ordered, I'm 58 years old I don't need wet wipes rubbers and ribbed rings, did NOT receive the 20 pills I ordered, was thinking from the beginning this was a hack and it is so will not buy again and would not suggest anyone buy from this shoddy outfit.

very disappointed
very disappointed , I ordered tadalafil and sildenafil ( Viagra and Cialis generic) and did not work at all , instructions says to take two , well ,I took 4 and I didn't feel any effect or secondary effects , I took generic before made by the original producers ( Pfizer and Eli Lilly) and they worked well unfortunately this generics didn't .

The generics you purchased for Cialis and Viagra are not made by Pfizer or Lily, but rather Accord and Camber, and in low doses. These medications must be taken in accordance to the doctors recommendations, and on an empty stomach. If you've taken them after eating, they are rendered almost ineffective. This is very important! It didn’t work I used it. Four times!!! I used it the way it’s supposed to be used and it didn’t work. Not once and when I complained they told me I was wrong and had no clue what I was going. They are a company of complete aholes.No effort to make things right. Just you don’t know what you’re doing. Worse customer service.
