I purchased one of the Freddy Krueger…
I purchased one of the Freddy Krueger sweatshirts and the colors are at least 3 times darker than what's pictured on their site. It's so dark it doesn't even look like what it's supposed to be. I sent a complaint email and their reply was they can't guarantee the colors on my computer monitor are accurate. I'm just glad I had a discount code,$47 was better than $69.99. It also came from China,that explains a lot.Buyer Beware

I wish I could give negative stars
I wish I could give negative stars. This isn't a 'rant' - just facts. This scam of a company lies about the quality of their fabrics and returns and how committed they are to having happy customers. I bought a hoodie for my wife. It took weeks to arrive. The fabric is cheap and feels like sandpaper. Unwearable. When I go to submit for a refund, I just get a message that says I am past 30 days since I ordered so I don't qualify. It took almost 30 days to receive it! I call customer service. They say they are so busy that I have to leave a message. It's all a scam. Very expensive, low quality stuff that they have it rigged so you can never return.

Fast delivery and good quality
I can not agree on the bad reviews here. I ordered three times at GearBunch and all deliveries arrived just a few days after I placed them. The quality of the leggings and capris is quite good. They have a nice touch, are robust and the colors stay shiny even with frequently washing them. From my point of view there is nothing to complain about and I can recommend this shop without remorse.

No customer service
I absolutely love these leggings and have purchased 7 pairs to date but have only received 6. The 3 stars is because they don’t respond to emails. Sent them a notification that I still haven’t received the last pair even though it says it was sent. I hate a company that ignores you. Sorry Gearbunch, won’t order from you again.

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. I asked for an exchange on 2 pairs of leggings I purchased because I didn't like the fit and have had absolutely zero reply. I have made purchases before from them and been happy with the items. This time, I have made several attempts to contact this company, to no avail. I will never purchase anything from them again.

Hi Jackie, your request to exchange your order was lodged on the 28th November 2019 and our returns team emailed you the return shipping instruction on the 29th November 2019. Our customer support team replied to your emails on the 5th December 2019 and the 21st December 2019 regarding your exchange. The exchange can not be processed as the original order has not been returned.

Ordered leggings with white heart 🤍 on…
Ordered leggings with white heart 🤍 on bum they came a few weeks later and the material is so thin that they are sheer and unwearable I followed instructions to return and they stopped communicating Total rip off! UPDATE: after posting on multiple social media outlets and tagging them in my stories etc they finally responded with lengthy and particular return requirements. I had to "apply" for a return with photos. Then wait another week before they "approved" my return. Then I had to send with tracking and email them the tracking info. It was WAY too much time and effort! I can not recommend this company.

BUYER BEWARE!!
BUYER BEWARE!!! I wouldn’t even give GearBunch one star, if I didn’t have to in order to post this review. After purchasing over $1000 of these leggings over the course of a couple years, and turning on MANY others to this product. I returned a pair of yoga shorts for a refund. GearBunch wouldn’t refund me. THEY WILL NOT REFUND! These leggings are overpriced and the customer service is shameful. I wish I hadn’t told others about this company now! After receiving your response to my review, I want to give GearBunch the benefit of a response as well. I did not mail my return in to you because I don’t want a store credit, or an exchange. I want a refund. I’ve never bought from a single company that DIDNT give refunds and it’s ridiculous that an American company, especially, wouldn’t do this. Not to mention that your company has made over $1000, just from me and my referrals to you. Shame shame shame. I see after reading over other reviews, that many people feel the same way. Seems like you’d learn and improve instead of stubbornly refusing, and losing customers and prospective customers because of it. Also, I’ve asked by email and by text to be taken off your mailing list, and am still getting bombarded with your junk. Customer happiness is not a concern for this company at all.

Our customer support team offered you an exchange of product (at no further cost to yourself) or store credit, to which you declined. No products have been returned to Gearbunch. This company only focuses on Marketing not Customer Service
This company only focuses on Marketing. Not customer service. Beware when you purchase from them. They DO NOT accept returns. Let's say you get something and you don't like it, or it arrives too late, you cannot return it. You can only exchange. This is just ridiculous for a US company. The reply from the company below just confirms my assertion. You cannot sell a commodity as simple as pants and only offer exchange. These are not custom made. It's pants with different sizes. You can restock and sell. How is it that you can restock for exchange, but not for return? Also, I went through the order process. The checkbox is clicked by default. You don't actually check anything yourself.

Hi Andrew, Unfortunately your order for Christmas themed leggings, was placed after the date shown on the product page for guaranteed delivery for Christmas 2019. Our customer support team did offer you an exchange of design for the Christmas products you ordered, but you declined the offer. The Gearbunch Returns Policy is limited, due to the fact that all products are made on demand., and this was acknowledge by you agreeing to the Terms and Conditions prior to being able to complete your order.

Ordered a pair of leggings for my wife for mothers day on May 4th - no response from the company after 3 weeks now. They took the money, advertised a week turnaround on delivery and do not reply to follow-up emails. Sounds like a scam.

We sincerely apologise that this has caused delays with customers receiving their orders. Updates have been emailed to customers regarding the delays. I ordered over $300 worth of Gearbunch Capris and it took approximately (8) weeks to receive and then when I did receive them, there was (1) item that had, what they referred to by a "fault in the seam" and they sent me an email below on May 2nd, 2020 : Hi Barbara, thank you for the photos. We are sorry there has been a "fault in the seam" of your Capris A replacement pair will go into production soon and will be shipped to you as soon as possible. There have been some delays with production due to the COVID19 workplace restrictions, so it may be a couple of weeks before you receive the new pair. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this has caused. There is no need to return the damaged pair to us. STILL WAITING and it is now June 4th packing-slip_31705574-11860649.pdf

Hi Barbara, our support team has been in contact with you regarding this matter. The Capris you sent photos of were delivered to you on the 11th January 2019. They were not part of the order you placed on the 11th April and received on the 30th April 2020. You contacted Gearbunchfor the first time on 3rd May 2020, almost 16 months after receiving the Black and White Honeycomb Carbon Capris, to advise there was a small hole in the seam. If you had recently received an item with a faulty seam, Gearbunch will gladly replacement the item. but the product you are referring to and sent photos of, you have owned and worn for more than a year.
