Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. FedEx had trouble finding 1 of 2, I dealt with Vince at Spotix who helped track it down and get me a delivery date. Great follow up, I wouldn't hesitate to order from your company again, but you might consider another delivery option. FedEx service leaves much to be desired

Best customer service!
Best customer service!! I ordered an Amantii 3 sided fireplace and from start until delivery there was communication on their part. It felt great sending out an email and getting a response within the same day. We received the order and an item was missing but they immediately took care of it. Will most definitely order from them again!!

We are still waiting for our shipment…
We are still waiting for our shipment to arrive. It is going on to two months now since we ordered it and no show. I have contacted SPOTIX about this and they have not responded to offer anything....such as sending us a new shipment to replace the one that never arrived.

Installed fireplace logs and all is working better than anticipated. Room heats from 60 degrees to 70 after just 10 minutes. Sales was very helpful in finding the correct replacement that I needed. I recommend Spotix and will purchase again in the future.

I had researched fire pit burners and…
I had researched fire pit burners and decided on the Warming Trends Crossfire. Warming Trends does not sell direct, so they put me in touch with FirePitsDirect.com, which I had also found on the internet while searching for fire pit burners. My first project was a DIY firepit at my house (42"x42" brick enclosure). I used the Crossfire 500KNG burner and I'm very impressed. FirePitsDirect was very helpful in making sure I had all the parts I needed. This project was so successful, that I ended up deciding to build a custom portable fire pit to take camping. I used a 180KLP Crossfire burner in it. Jon was very knowledgeable as to what we needed for my custom project. I'm now looking at building more of the custom portable fire pits and will defiantly go back to Jon and FirePitsDirect.com for what I need. Great company and great customer service. Thanks again

I ordered a glass wind guard In early March and it was estimated to deliver by March 7th. I keep reaching out for updates and Vince keeps saying backorders and delays due to supply chain issues. Would like to have known it was not in stock before ordering.

Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service! I ordered a match light fire pit burner kit and when it all arrived some parts were missing due to the fact FedEx ripped a gigantic hole in the package which allowed some of the parts to escape. After contacting customer service they replaced the missing parts at no charge and had them sent out next day. Very impressed.

Spotix was very helpful when I purchased a bbq through Amazon but wanted to exchange it for a bigger one. I was able to purchase directly through Spotix the second time and they made it easy to return the previous one. They even gave me a discount and did not charge me return freight shipping fees. I’m looking forward to the reviving the new grill!

We couldn’t be happier with our Washington flame x fire table. It is a perfect size for entertaining and to have drinks and snacks on the outside edge. We did however not receive the proper parts to install a propane tank underneath. When I reached out to Spotix and explain the situation they were amazing! Our parts were delivered next day air just in time for grandma’s 80th birthday party on the deck. The absolute best customer service. You won’t be disappointed.

Satisfied customer
We ordered a fire bowl that advertised a 24" burner. When we received it, a 18" burner shipped with the fire bowl. I called to explain the situation to Spotix and upon investigation they discovered that the vendor changed the size and did not notify them or us. To make the situation right, they are shipping me a 24" burner for free. Lucas was great with the inquiry on the burner and in providing advice on purchasing fire glass. Thank you for the great customer service.

Crap service
They have quality products at good prices, but their customer service after the sale is atrocious. I have a Napoleon grill I bought 4 years ago. The model has been updated. I need new knobs for mine. They said they contacted Napoleon about it. After waiting 2 months, I called Napoleon directly. 10 minutes on the phone later, I have a new set of knobs on the way from Canada. This isn't a $300 Walmart grill. Napoleon is reputable, Spotix is NOT. Buy the grill somewhere else.

Canadians beware
Canadians beware. I ordered a remote. Cost was $98.15. I was charged $19.95 for shipping. Grand total was $118.10. Today I received a FedEx bill for $67.67 related to the shipping of this 100 dollar remote! Company website does state buyer is responsible for duties etc... but, when I was speaking to Spotix representative about my order they never mentioned what I might be in store for. Lesson learned.

Great Customer Service
No problem with Spotix. The item ordered had an incorrect description from the manufacturer that Spotix was unaware of, and I had to return the item. Spotix was very courteous & prompt with free return information & label, and I received a full refund. I will definitely order from Spotix again should the need arise.

Very good customer service
Very good customer service. Had an issuer with the burner and they resolved it by shipping parts out and received in a couple days. Order additional products and received shipping notification that same day. Transaction was flawless and they are great service on their end. Highly recommend. Prices are a littler higher than others but communicates and service out way the differential.
