We purchased a car two months ago and…
We purchased a car two months ago and financed through EECU. So far we have not had the greatest experience. Firstly, we submitted proof of insurance the first week we purchased our loan as requested. A month later we get our car payment with an additional $140+ saying that they never received the insurance policy info and to protect their investments added their own insurance to the vehicle. We again submitted info to them and it was taken off after a lot of back and forth. Then we sent our first payment along with another full payment to principal in the mail to the address provided. Apparently they never received it. So they call me and ask for payment over the phone. $64 of late and stop payment fees later we finally got it taken care of.
