I called to cancel my two week trial…
I called to cancel my two week trial subscription before it auto renewed. The customer service rep assured me he would take care of it. He did not. I called back an hour later and spoke to roger, who took care of my request within a matter of minutes. He even waited on the line to make sure I received the cancellation email. Great customer service from Roger. Thank you

Being older it’s pretty hard to lose…
Being older it’s pretty hard to lose weight. I needed a little motivation. I needed to find a product that would work. I found one Diet Spotlight and sent away for a Sample. I have only been on this for a few weeks and Wow it Works It Suppresses my Appetite which controls my portion. I’m not jittery no problem sleeping. And the Customer service is Great and to My Coach Kevin Thank you. Your Awsome. Yes you actually have Someone who helps build a plan and gives you tips for Success.

If I could rate this no stars I would. Did the 2 week trial. Was unaware of the charge that hits you if you don't cancel in time. You call them and their unsympathetic. First off your product doesn't work. Second your company just wants a way to steal people's money, by putting up fake reviews. So people believe that your product works! Don't believe anything you read on the website or any where else. Also lastly I noticed only two people work in the customer service department based on the reviews I saw. I say that's rather suspicious as well.

A Diet supplement and working

Give it a try but do it right it might work
I’m rating 3 stars because it’s coming up to 3 months Aug 28th and I really haven’t loss any weight I fluctuate 1-2 lbs but that’s it. If I’m being honest I haven’t done much else besides taking the pills so of course this is my fault. I decided to try after an extensive talk with Roger Moore who was very supportive and helpful. I’m not going to request a refund since I’m still within 90 days I’m going to continue taking the pills but add the exercise and eating balance meals and see what happens, thanks.

I have made several attempts to reach customer service to cancel my recurring order for product. Waiting on hold until my only option is to leave a message and a rep will call back when available. This never happens. I tried sending a message through "Contact us" and still no response.

I purchased 2 items from dietspotlight and after almost 2 months, still have not received the purchased items. Good luck getting in contact with this company. Despite leaving 3 messages and sending 3 emails, no response. I had to file fraudulent charges on my payment. I do not recommend using this site!

Do Not Order from Their Site(s)
Tried ordering their Boost product from them through the website, but never received an order confirmation email. I emailed them 3 times, called two different numbers for them (both are disconnected)... nothing. Not sure why they have an active order form online if they're no longer monitoring the site. The product is great, which is why I attempted to contact them. I had to dispute the charge since nothing was received. I would rather have the product though...
