Some Brands have at times back orders for their products and we do not always have their products in stock. When products are subject to numerous purchases over short periods of time, we may also have a short time period of being out of stock until we can replenish supplies. If we do not allow your payment to complete processing, the application for payment falls out of our credit card processing queue 5 days after the order is made, which at times creates overstock levels for us if you payment voids for failure to process. We have since shipped to you the product. We appreciate your business and hope to fulfill future orders for you!

Return Issues
I order 2 products, both showed correct on my order form but I received the wrong item when it came. I have been unable to contact anyone to return the incorrect product for the correct one since.

Great in the past, but lack of communication now and late shipments
Editing my review after opportunity to speak with them. The doctor there was very knowledgeable and helpful with the supplements offered, and was able to clear up the communication issues with my email that had happened. I especially appreciated they did not charge my card when they realized they were both out of stock of what I had ordered and could not reach me. Highly recommend.

We hope to have the product in within a couple of weeks, however, this is based upon manufacturer availability. We recommend as alternatives clinically superior and higher absorbable products, If you cannot wait that long we understand and will issue you store credit and notify you when the product is in stock once again. Since we sent out the options we felt superior to your originally ordered products and we hope to hear back from you with your results. Payment with Visa Credit Card(s) from abroad are not accepted. I purchased with you in January, 2019 and paid with credit card from abrod (currently I live in Brazil) and had no problem. Now, you changed the payment method and people living abroad cannot purchase from you. UNBELIEVABLE in the XXI century!! In sum, only people living in USA can purchase from you. OMG

Not happy
I ordered on May 27th and paid for 3-5 day shipping. I just received an email today (June 4th) saying my “Order Status Has Changed” that it is “Awaiting Fulfillment” and that it doesn’t have “Tracking Numbers yet because it has not shipped”. What? It has been over a week and they are just now processing the order.

Brands like the one you chose are popular and subject to changing stock levels. We specialize in professional grade nutrient supplement options for our patients and customers. That being said, we are proud to offer smaller stock levels of superior grade products kept in temperature controlled conditions in our health care center. For specific brands like the one you chose, shipping may take 1-2 weeks or more to complete. Since we are not a manufacturer that means we may not have the product in stock when it is orderd by customers, which requires us to procure a new supply, receive it then ship to the address provided. By keeping our stock levels low we can provide our customers most often with fresh products more recently manufactured. Sometime we also have a run on products and we restock as soon as possilbe. I placed a small order like always with…
I placed a small order like always with new suppliers and glad that I did. The money was taken off my card and I recieved an email saying thank you for your order. Within a minute I recieved another email saying order status has changed and my order was declined or unauthorized. Well if thats the case then wheres my money cause you sure didnt put it back on my card. Not a good first impression at all!

Your online information need. Poor and Disceptive Advertizing
Your online information needs improvement as I was suppose to receive a 10% discount on my first order using the code First and discount was not offered at checkout. Tried to receive the discount through corporate after sales with no positive results, They indicate I could use the code FIRST on my subsequent orders. I said sure ok, wink wink, that would be my second order with them not the first order as the coupon discount code represent. Not Happy

Tom Lawrence says some strange things on the radio. He has one location but continues to talk about his store as if he has multiple locations. Why lie Tom? I do believe in natural health but go to someone else. I wouldnt trust him. He sounds like a, lets say, weirdo from his radio show. He makes me laugh. Part and parcel.

We totally disagree with anonymous '2 duckets" postings such as yours originating from competitor facilities, or competitor physicians, or someone posing as a customer or patient, but who really is not one, for the purpose of attempting to discredit something or someone for their own gain, by using varied slanderous and/or libelous statements. For all our loyal customers and patients, let us disabuse you all of the falsehoods perpetrated by this poster. All radio show content presented by Dr. L is backed by science and research, Dr. L may love talk radio, but he does not like to listen to every talk radio host, so the poster's opinion is without merit. CNC chose its name when a single location website name was already taken at the time, but since CNC may expand its operations to multiple locations, this makes the existing name perfect as it allows expansion when needed. We do not expect to believe "everyone" authoring a comment review on our website within the web browsing universe is credible and/or truthful. Since the poster is not a pateint, your recommendations for people to seek natural healthcare elsewhere is also without merit. Basically, it is easy to interpret that you the poster is nothing more than either a competitor, or a shill for Big Pharma's anti-holistic healthcare organizations, which are legalized racketeering corrupt organizations & cartels that rely on making people think their only choices to help their health is poisoning, burning, & mutilation (elective drugs, elective radiation, & elective surgery). Dr. L does not subscribe to Big Pharma's and its subsidiaries' typical mantra and misinformation campaigns of offering, promoting, and mandating only those three types of options be available for healthcare intervention. We feel the poster should spend all their extra free time, which the poster apparently has a lot of, purchasing and using for your own use all the Big Pharma drugs, radiation, and surgery you can get your hands on.
