Expect Late Shipment of Order + No Update
My item has not arrived after almost a month of waiting. In fact, it’s not even shipped out yet because “Japan’s post service is affected by COVID”. But the thing that disappoints me the most, is that I had to prompt them via email to get an update. Despite so, they assured me (in our initial correspondence) that the order will ship out in “likely 2 weeks time”. 3 weeks later, nothing. I had to chase after them again on email. It’s almost like they didn’t care that things like this matters to customers. Whatever their issue is, I’m not shopping here again. Note that I am already putting aside the fact that my other orders from S.Korea, China and USA had arrived in 2-3 weeks time. And Japan couldn’t even SHIP them out.

Have not received my parcel
I’ve ordered a ring from Chrome world roughly about a month ago, for my sister’s birthday. It was supposed to arrive 3-5days as promised. But, it has been a month, Christmas is tomorrow. And I haven’t even received my order yet. Super disappointed.

We have already sent your order to the shipping carrier weeks ago, but since they are still delayed due to COVID, they have yet to ship your order (delivery times vary depending on country and it's customs). There was a week delay with my order
There was a week delay with my order, after it was finally sent, I received the wrong ring. They are now unresponsive to my emails about sending the correct ring and organizing the return for the wrong ring. Very disappointing experience.

Hi Han, I apologize for this mistake. This was entirely our fault as our staff had mistaken your custom order for another one, leading to an inventory issue. We have since found the correct ring that you ordered and we hope you will be happy with it. I hope you can understand that some of our new staff are not knowlegeable enough about Chrome Hearts jewlery yet as some of them look quite similar on first inspection. I understand COVID can affect the order, yet...if there’s constant update with faster shipping and what not but no follow up. It’s frustrating to keep waiting and not receive anything. Not satisfied at all. Still haven’t received my order by the way.

First they have delayed my purchase to ship over. When they shipped me, they left out one chain which I ordered and only sent me the pendants. It’s already one month and I haven’t receive my chain. I emailed them about this issue they took me 3-4 days to reply after I complained the second times. Super disappointed. Very bad.

If I could leave a zero star review I would. I’ve been waiting on my package for about a month now and have never received it. The delivery process was long and tiring, and I waited long amounts of time before hearing back from help. An absolute scam of a company- I recommend to not make the mistake that I make which was think they are legit.

A prudent purchase is considered.
I would like to say thank you for the friendly service. However, apart from kindness, it is unknown whether the product is a used product or a fake product. Because first of all, the delivery took 2 weeks. I understand. it's covid-19 Second, the engraving of the letter V part is peeled off. I have a problem with burnish silver. Third, the size is wrong. I know the US10 size is appropriate because I have worn all the sizes in the official Korean store. However, the us10 size of the ring I wanted was not available in korea, so I ordered it here. I ordered the US10 size, but it came in an absurdly large size. Fourth, the original invoice was stated on the website as mandatory, but I did not receive it. So the size was different and the authenticity was questionable. I also requested an invoice for repairs in Korea. However, the commercial invoice received by mail was arbitrarily edited and the order details were hidden in black. I can't check the order history at all. Usually invoices are written on real paper, but I didn't even get the real paper, I got the edited document. I felt infinitely grateful for the kindness and was moved by the responsibility of the staff. However, the low quality of the product and after-sales service disappointed me.

Fake/Used/Unauthorized Items
RE: It's so ridiculous to read your reply! Why do I spend $700+ to buy items from your website and change them for no reason by shipping back on my own pocket?????? Now you even accuse me to change the items!!! I have the full email communications and photos as my evidences and sent them to Trustpilot already. Hope everyone can avoid the terrible experience!!!! The only star gives to Nomura Yori, who always responded very promptly. However it's definitely a disastrous experience. After 4 weeks waiting, I finally received two items: 1. there are not the United States Chrome Hearts direct import commercial invoice or any other local store receipts with the order as they promised on their website in both items; 2. the earring is showing that “the engravings and letterings look poorly defined or smudged”, which is exactly what their website says to identify the fake one. There are also a lot of scratches on the ring; 3. They admitted the situation and asked me to return them and exchange for me, and told me "Across our website and our prior communications with you, we never informed you that we are authorized retailers of Chrome Hearts". However when I ask for refund they refused to pay for my return shipping fee, which means the whole 4 weeks waiting only cost me $60 shipping fee and tons of email communications but nothing!!! If you still want to purchase here, either tell yourself, don't care if it's authorized/brand new/real; or be prepared to pay return shipping fee with nothing.

Hi Mr.Zhang, 1. We provided the commercial invoice as requested, we just blacked out some of our personal corporate information. 2. The earrings you are referring to did not have smudged engravings, it is a brand new product, but you insisted it was smudged so we allowed an exchange, this is not typically allowed because we cannot be sure you did not change the product. 3. We are not an official retailer, in fact, all webstores in Japan are not official retailers, we are all dealers. We import the product directly from Chrome Hearts and sell it online. We make this very clear on our website. All our products are brand new and real.

Please legit check on Facebook chrome heart groups before buy!!!!
This store claim that their products come direct from official USA Chrome Hearts store. After I made an order I check through Facebook chrome heart groups many have proof that they sells fake products. I contact their customer service immediately ask for refund but the customer service told me that need to wait for their office to give feedback on the order status. I waited patiently until next day when i contacted them again they say that office still haven't response on that. They claimed that they have several stores in Japan but when you search their address on google maps it just show some random houses with no sign board and their office is just empty warehouse. Once I told them i will ask my friend in Japan to check out the Chrome World office for me, i instantly get reply and received email of my order being cancelled and issued me a refund. So, it's very suspicious and the authenticity of their products. Please search up on facebook chrome heart group for authentically check before buying with them.

Hi Eve, We're sorry you had an unpleasant experience with our store. We can assure you that all our products are 100% geniune. The refund took time because our policy is to usually not refund customers due to scammers attemtping to return fake items and keep the real one. There is also the concern that the item was damaged by the customer before returning. Authentication by facebook groups and so called "experts" will often yield differing results due to the fact that Chrome Hearts items are hand-crafted and there are small differences between each product. We have had over 20 years of experience in the Chrome Hearts business and I can promise you personally we have seen all manner of experts and opinions, people saying fake product is real, real product is fake etc. We always keep our commercial invoices from Chrome Hearts to prove that our products are real. The product they sale are fake!
The product they sale are fake!! Please don’t make any purchase with them. They don’t even have the price guarantee. I live in Vegas. I went to the actual store to buy the same ring same size. First of all, compare with the price, in the store is cheaper than this website. Most important thing is, the item the sale are FAKE!!! I have all the picture and receipt can approve this. I contact with them to try the get refund, but they just keep say they don’t sale fake item. Please do not believe them!! Don’t but chrome heart with the website! They are fake!! Don’t waste your money!!!

I've been looking for quality jewelry around here in the States but haven't found anything that matches Chrome World's standards so I just keep ordering from here. The shipping is relatively quick and usually don't take more than a week, which is surprising for an overseas delivery.

Insane selection of 22K Gold Rings
Insane selection of 22K Gold Rings. We had a small issue with the size and didn't want to take it to our local jeweler to adjust the size and sent it back for replacement and they sent a new one immediately. The ring is stunning!
