Very high quality vinyl plank flooring
Very high quality vinyl plank flooring. I am very happy with the ease of installation. Ours has a very high quality pad and the unilin connection , these are game changers for high quality. Everything we needed was in stock the hardest part was choosing the color! Greg Smith was our sales person he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy. I will happily use Carpet Express for my next job! We shopped at 6 different vendors but, Carpet Express is my GO TO!

Carpet Express has very competitive…
Carpet Express has very competitive prices. We were getting a quality vinyl wood plank. Mr Howell was excellent. We are in the process of putting the floor down and it is going to look very nice. The carpet was left by previous owners so was extremely glad to get carpet out of house. You want be disappointed with your purchase.

I needed carpet for 11 guest rooms and…
I needed carpet for 11 guest rooms and came upon the Carpet Express website after a very frustrating 4 weeks of trying to get samples from Dalton Carpet, American Carpet Wholesalers, Caldwell Carpet and even Shaw (Georgia Carpet Industries, and all except Carpet Express have sales personnel who are completely incompetent. Sonja at Carpet Express is on her game; in two weeks, she sent various samples with all specifications, availability and pricing, and once selected, got my order processed and the shipment underway. Phone answering was always prompt, professional and knowledgeable.

A pleasant experience
I needed a 12' x 6' piece of sheet vinyl flooring to match what I bought at Lowe's 2 years ago, and which Lowe's no longer sells. I found Carpet Express online. Jim sent me a sample. It was a perfect match. Their shipping department did an excellent job of packaging it, and it arrived in 3 days in great shape!

My experience with Carpet Express started out rough. After much back and forth with one of the sales associates, I was put in contact with Suzanne Roberts. That was a game changer. Suzanne knows her stuff, is extremely thorough, professional, and really turned my experience around. I initially contacted Carpet Express for a smaller scale commercial job, and she knew the products to recommend and made the ordering process very easy! Can't say enough good things about Suzanne Roberts!
