I needed carpet for 11 guest rooms and…
I needed carpet for 11 guest rooms and came upon the Carpet Express website after a very frustrating 4 weeks of trying to get samples from Dalton Carpet, American Carpet Wholesalers, Caldwell Carpet and even Shaw (Georgia Carpet Industries, and all except Carpet Express have sales personnel who are completely incompetent. Sonja at Carpet Express is on her game; in two weeks, she sent various samples with all specifications, availability and pricing, and once selected, got my order processed and the shipment underway. Phone answering was always prompt, professional and knowledgeable.
