Great Product - Outstanding Customer Service
I placed my order on Memorial Day and had a question after the order was placed. I sent an email that was answered in less than 15 minutes. On Memorial Day! Thanks Tammy.... My Box Two P9 X-Wide Single Shift E-Bike Groupset was delivered within a week and installation went smoothly. Box has good instructional videos on YouTube. Haven't been able to put a lot of time on the bike since installation but so far so good.
