Easy as Pie!
Bought my wife a Pandora Charm Bracelet with a couple of charms and safety attachment so it makes it hard for her to lose it. I bought the larger size as when it fill up with charms they become tighter to the wrist and you need to allow for that. I have filled one up for her already and this will be her second, I like them Pandora because it makes my decision making process easier. I like dealing with the Mall of America store, they ship fast and get it right.

I have been ordering Pandora charms for some time now from Pandora MOA. I must say that their prices are competitive and their customer service is immediately responsive. I recall having ordered the wrong item at one point, on-line. I called afterwards and they did a great job of correcting the order without missing a beat. I'll be ordering from them again.

Dont count out ordering online
I was looking for a piece that apparently was only available in the location the charm was about. (New Orleans charm). I was slightly disappointed to have to order it online, but it was delivered within 3 days because I ordered it on a Friday afternoon. I was completely satisfied with the delivery time.

The start to my new Pandora bracelet
My bracelet took hardly no time at all to get here. I started yelling choosing a few charms and I'll build on it's I go. I did place another order for the safety clasp. It's not a cheap piece of jewelry and realized how upsetting it would've if it fell off or got lost. So many charms etc. to choose from. I love that you can really personalize your bracelet building it around your own memories and important people.

New customer experience.
I am just starting a bracelet and was able to find the May birthday charm which has been retired. The entire process was so easy and my purchase arrived in two days. I will order everything from the PANDORA Store at Mall of America rather than my local PANDORA store because although I may get my purchases right away I found them not at all that pleasant with whom to deal . Besides that anything which they do not have they said will take two weeks.
