Super helpful, no questions asked regarding a woofer replacement on my Intimus speaker (still under warranty). Sent replacement part right away and it fixed my issue! the 5-year warranty is awesome! All my speakers in my house are Aperion. two thumbs up!

Traded in one speaker for a new upgraded speaker per Aperion’s 1 year policy. Satisfactorily worked out how to handle my not having the original packaging and still be able to qualify for the trade in credit. Also spoke with the agent about the new design and things to listen for.
