Cheaply made
Cheaply made. Stones have rough edges around the setting. Stones bigger than they look. Not happy. SAVE YOUR MONEY. Don’t buy this ring. I doubt it will last. Not to mention it will catch on everything with the rough edges.

Beautiful, but...
My ring is beautiful. Size and fit is perfect. But, after waiting for a month, the stones are not in the order that I requested. The ring is not silver but stainless steel and after wearing for 24 hours has turned black.

It took to long to get here

Wish there was a 0 stars
Wish there was a 0 stars. Requested a refund because ring took so long to receive. When I did get it, it is the ugliest thing I've ever seen! Definitely can't make out which stones are supposed to be which. Tried to return and told since it's custom, it can't be returned. Absolutely HORRIBLE experience with this company. Don't get suckered in like I did.

Out of 3 birthstones only 1 was…
Out of 3 birthstones only 1 was correct. I understand the "natural gem" and it wouldn't be exact. However, one was supposed to sapphire and I received turquoise. The other was supposed to be diamond and its a second amethyst. Pretty disappointed.

I gave one star because I "did" receive the ring. The stones are not all correct. 2 of them are nowhere near what the stone is for that month, and yes, even for them being raw stones, they are wrong. The ring doesn't really look like the one they picture. It is rather garish and large looking instead of a more delicate feminine look. It looks crudely made. Overall disappointment!! Wish I had of done better research because I normally do!! I don't recommend purchasing the birthstone ring that is pictured all over IG.

Ordered this ring for Mother’s Day and it was delivered on June 3. So disappointed when I opened the package. The ring looks like junk. The “crystals” don’t look anything like in the advertisement. The ring is bulky it is wider than my finger. I would like a refund.

Not anything like pictures. The double emerald ring I ordered looks like clear/yellow teeth. The triple stone ring is sloppy and not anything like pictures. I’m trying to return but nobody from the company will respond… we will see.

When I received the mother-daughter…
When I received the mother-daughter bracelets, the stones were missing. They was supposed to be four stones and two of them are missing. Bracelets are gorgeous, but so disappointed that they fell apart before even getting to wear them.

If I could give 0 stars for this company I would. I received my Mothers Day ring 3 weeks late and all of the birthstones in the ring are incorrect. All the wrong colors. Absolutely no customer service for both my husband I when I contacted them about the ring being incorrect. No reply over multiple attempts with my husband to inquire as to why the delivery is so late. Terrible and now I have a ring that was supposed to be a mother's day gift to represent my children and I cannot wear it.

Scam!
They spammed me for reviews before I received anything. I contacted them a month after the order was placed to find out the status. They shipped it that day, but never responded to my email. When the item arrived, it was not what I had ordered. Horrible company. Stay far away!

If there was a zero stars option I would have chosen that. Out of four stones I think one is the correct- all the rest are wrong. Super frustrating considering how long it took to get here. So disappointed 😔

Terrible
I payed extra for fast shipping and it was still late, but the worst part was the gemstones were not even the one’s I ordered. Also, one of them wasn’t set and was jagged.

Every stone is wrong. None of the stones are what I requested. They are totally different. I have sent numerous emails requesting return instructions and have gotten no response!
