I received the wrong ring
I received the wrong ring. It is not the correct size, too large, has six stones instead of three, and has all incorrect stones. What can I do to resolve this?

My daughter ordered me a mother's day ring which I received yesterday 6/8/23. The ring looks nothing what was advertised. Absolutely ugly and Ivy said no refunds. Your website says 30 day money back. I will be contacting BBB

Wrong Stone
Less than an hour after ordering I realized I ordered one wrong stone. I contacted them immediately to try and rectify this error. After more than 6 emails to the company they would not help me. I have just received the ring this week almost 4 weeks after ordering it. I feel they had time to correct "my" error.

one of my stone fell out 2 weeks after I received it and started wearing it. Do you replace this? It was my stone for February and I have no idea where it is. The shipment was great and I love the ring but need the stone replaced otherwise I would have given it 5 stars.

Not what I ordered!
Received a ring with the wrong stones, notat all close to what I ordered. I emailed the company with no response. I will be telling everyone who will listen not to waste their money with this company. I wish I would have read the multiple reviews with the same issue before ordering.

The stones appear to be incorrect
The stones ordered were emerald green, then opal(like) and blue. The center stone is light but the two on the ends appear to be black. There’s not green of any sort in any of them.

Awful
Awful. Got the Mother's ring. Looks like it was made with a soldering gun, turned black in a day, garbage. Ripped me off $50. Shame on you. Disgusting.

First time I have ordered from this…
First time I have ordered from this company and I am so disappointed. I didn't get the right birthstones for the ring my other half ordered for me for mother's day. It was poorly made. I sent support an email the same day I recieved it and I have yet to hear back from them. So, I guess I'm out $42.00 and stuck with a ring that I do not care for.
