Don't give up - You can get a refund!
I have finally received my refund!!! 5 months after returning my item.
Reading a review on here I used the .com email to contact the USA. They replied in 24 hours. I had to give them my card details for a refund and after a chase up it came through 4 weeks later. So keep at it - but the team in the USA do seem to be on the case.
