Use extreme caution with this company as they do not care about the customer at all
I would advise extreme caution when dealing with this company. I am still waiting in January 2024 for a refund on a garment I purchased from them and returned in May 2023...they acknowledge receipt and that I am due a refund but it has taken repeated telephone calls and emails to chase with no result at all so far. I am still owed £129 - their first excuse was that they did not have my credit card on file, I gave the number to them on numerous occasions and each time was promised immediate action. Then in September 2023 I was sent a cheque (!) out of the blue and when I phoned them to ask why it was a cheque not a credit card refund was told that the cheque was a mistake, and that I should destroy it as they were crediting the card immediately. No credit appeared...and then they said that as a cheque had been issued they could not now do a credit card refund. They promised they were sending another cheque but it is now January 2024 and no cheque has appeared. Customer services today said their "system" does not allow them to issue another cheque but they are trying to sort this. I have never encountered a company who cares less about the customer and their customer services is hopeless. So only order if you do not need a refund ever! The sad thing is I used to be a loyal repeat customer but this horrible experience has put me off for ever.
