Amtify Customer Support contacted me almost right away regarding the availability of their products to suggest a replacement due to the one I ordered was unfortunately out of stock at that time. Further email contacts were just as prompt as the initial one. The device I ultimately received was the new version of the one I originally ordered, which was out of stock. They offered me a $10 credit as a way to make up for the inconvenience of having to switch unexpectedly from one version of the product to a newer version. Delivery was fast and smooth. Brief, reliable on-line seller in terms of customer contact, customer dealing, delivery, and payment. The big PLUS about Amtify is their excellent after sale service. I lost the manual for one of the skin care devices, so had to contact them in the hope to get another copy of it. They emailed me the manual as attachment within 48 hours or sooner. The purchase was made almost 6 months ago! That's really amazing.
